Vacuum Marinated Steaks

Preparation Method
- Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
- Place the steaks together in one bag or separate between two bags.
- Pour the marinade over the steaks and seal the bag on vacuum level 2.
- Marinate for at least 20–30 minutes or overnight, if desired.
- When ready to cook, open the bag and discard any excess liquid or oil.
- Season the outside of the steaks with salt and pepper. Grill or pan sear according to taste.
